Meet Kim Grant Brown, 2022 Chairwoman of the HBA's Government Affairs Committee, and learn how the committee works to protect our industry from over-regulation by monitoring codes, ordinances, and legislation that directly impacts the homebuilding industry.
You'll also hear from Chairman Philip Albertine on how the Builder/Developer Issues Committee serves as the primary liaison between the West Tennessee Home Builder's Association and local code enforcement agencies and utilities. Philip will also introduce Oakland's new Town Manager, Jay Johnson, who will provide insights in plans to upgrade the town's sewer capacity.
