This is a full-time on-site role for a Fireplace Installer based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Fireplace Installer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fireplaces and related systems with precision and adherence to safety standards. The individual will perform site inspections, measure spaces, assemble and install units, and provide high-quality service. This role also includes collaborating with customers and team members to ensure installations meet client specifications and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair work specific to fireplaces and related systems
- Technical skills in the use of tools, equipment, and materials required for installation
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in varying environments, and adhere to safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Experience in construction, HVAC systems, or a similar field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Dependable and positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED; additional certifications relevant to HVAC or construction are a plus
