Sales Development Representative (Market Builder)

Memphis Stone & Stucco is seeking a high-caliber Sales Development Representative to grow our presence with residential builders, remodelers, and contractors across the Memphis market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands residential construction, communicates
confidently with builders, and runs a disciplined sales process using modern tools.
This is not a passive account role and not a corporate environment. Ownership, follow-through,
and results matter here.
What You’ll Do
• Develop new residential builder and contractor relationships• Re-engage inactive accounts and grow existing ones
• Walk jobsites, take measurements, and review plans when appropriate
• Sell materials-only and materials-plus-installation solutions
• Manage opportunities from first contact through close and clean handoff
• Track pipeline, follow-up, and activity consistently
Construction + Sales Requirements
• Strong understanding of residential construction systems and sequencing• Ability to measure jobs and identify scope or field issues early
• Communicates clearly and credibly with builders and trades
• Uses CRM and tracking tools consistently to manage pipeline and follow up
• Understands how pricing, margin, and execution impact profitability
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus incentives tied to gross profit and revenue growth.On-target earnings: approximately $100,000–$112,000, with upside for strong performers.
