Thank you for your interest in being a part of the West Tennessee Home Builders Association, the only trade association in West TN dedicated to the new home construction and remodeling industry. We unite all segments of the housing industry and serve our members and the community by promoting quality housing through education and professionalism. We invite you to use this online application to become a Sustaining Member. Builder and Associate Members "sustain" the work of the HBA through their recurring dues payments. After a one-time onboarding fee that covers the annual cost of State and National dues, Sustaining Members pay a monthly fee by credit card or bank draft throughout the life of their membership. Sustaining Members receive a wide range of benefits and services and are the heart and soul of the Association. For individuals whose principal business is residential or commercial construction, residential or commercial remodeling, or the development of land. The annual cost of membership is $690, Which includes membership in the West TN Home Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Home Builders Association of Tennessee. By choosing Annual Sustaining Membership, your credit card will be automatically charged $690.00 each year during your anniversary month. (YOU MUST LEAVE THE AUTOPAY BOX CHECKED DURING CHECKOUT).The One-Time Enrollment Fee is required for sustaining membership and includes the full annual cost of National and State membership during your first year.

ASSOCIATE ANNUAL SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIP $ 715

One-Time Enrollment Fee & Welcome Bonus $360 one time

Your membership in the West TN Home Builders Association is 3-in-1 and includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders and the Tennessee Association of Home Builders. While you may opt to pay your local dues monthly, your state and national dues are due with your application. Your one-time enrollment fee covers the full cost of your state and national dues during your first year as a "Sustaining Member". Your state and national dues are included in your automatic monthly dues for all subsequent years, so you never need to worry about missing a payment!

Remodelers Council Membership $75 one time

The Remodelers Council of provides valuable access to policies, practices and education that supports the creation of desirable building practices. Membership in the West TN HBA's Remodelers Council includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council.

Professional Women in Building Membership $75 one time

The Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) brings the power of professional women together and creates opportunities to build success. PWB is dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting members at the local, state, and national levels by offering networking and educational opportunities, legislative awareness and outreach and professional and personal development.

Cornerstone Club Membership $300 one time

Cornerstone Club Members are recognized for their participation in Government Affairs and other activities that promote and strengthen the industry. In gratitude for their service and support, Cornerstone Members receive free tickets to select HBA events, as well as other perks throughout the year.

Government Affairs Contribution $85 one time

Your contribution helps provide financial support for initiatives that advance the industry’s public policy interests. The goal of the fund is to improve the legal and regulatory climate for the home builders of West Tennessee. Your Government Affairs contributions help ensure that all funds raised through our BuildPAC are distributed to candidates whose positions are favorable to our industry.
